Meet our personal trainers
Conor Ozwell
I graduated from The University of Winchester with a BSC in Sports and Exercise Science. During this time, I specialised in Physiology, Biomechanics and Gait Analysis. I have always had a keen interest in working in the Fitness industry and have worked in various gyms ranging from commercial to 5-star facilities. I am a passionate and hard-working individual, eager to assist and advise anybody on their fitness journey. Utilising my knowledge and understanding I like to tailor my training to incorporate variety, fun and results. I specialise in Weight loss, Strength Training, Body Conditioning, Cardio fitness plus Rehabilitation. I consider stretching a key part of any exercise regime and incorporate appropriate and progressive movement to compliment any training program.
Experience:
5 years working in the Fitness Industry, my experience as a Personal Trainer, I have helped a wide range of individuals all at different stages of their fitness journey. I offer extensive knowledge in strength training and enjoy the challenge of improving and achieving over and above what we consider we can. My interest in overall fitness continues with reference to research, studies, new techniques, exercises, machines, and experiences all of which I admire and capture to offer a wide range of interesting training ideas and methods. Lawrence Kirton-Mogort
My fitness journey began at Oxford college in 2020, I studied Level 3 Personal training/Fitness instructing alongside other qualifications such as sports science. I have always had an eager interest in the sports and fitness industry, playing and coaching for various football teams at the amateur level. During my time participating/coaching in sports, I’ve learned how to accommodate and guide a variety of different sporting athletes to help them achieve their goals. I consider myself to be enthusiastic, hard-working, patient and an honest individual, dedicated to assist anyone to pursue and achieve their fitness ambitions. I specialise in Body conditioning, weight loss and cardio fitness.
Experience:
1 year working in the fitness industry; my experience as a personal trainer, has flourished, I have helped individuals at different stages of their fitness journey, no matter where anyone starts from, I consider it a privilege to work on individual aims. My ambition to develop my skills and keep learning within the industry over the next stages of my career.
