Extending over three floors, the Wren’s Club has one of the best equipped gyms in Windsor. There are Precor® running machines, ellipticals, stationary bikes and Concept2® rowers. For something different, the Star Trac eSpinners® allow you to do your own spin class with a virtual coach. Wren’s Club also has fixed resistance machines offering an all-over strength workout, and an extensive free weights area.
The top-floor studio is a light, airy space in which to stretch, warm up or down and roll out tired muscles on the foam roller. You can use our skipping ropes, Swiss balls, medicine balls and bosu balls to enhance your workout.
Our intimate patio area offers an open-air whirlpool spa, sauna sauna, and refreshing outdoor shower. If you prefer to unwind without getting wet, make yourself a cup of tea and settle down at the terrace table, or on a comfy lounger in the relaxation room.
We have treatments rooms available for spa treatments and our experienced therapists offer everything from facials and massages to hair removal and manicures.
Parking is very limited and tricky in Royal Windsor. Public transport might be the most convenient way to travel. If you’re bringing a car, it’s important to plan in advance.

You must be over 16 to use Wren’s Club facilities or have a beauty treatment.
Wren’s Club does not have a swimming pool. There is an open air whirlpool and sauna on the patio.

Yes, at Wren’s Club we work with a selection of Personal Trainers that can help with personal training, nutrition, injury rehabilitation and more. All our Personal Trainers are self employed and we don’t take a fee – you’ll be dealing directly with your personal trainer and can schedule further sessions as you please. Yes, you can freeze your membership for a minimum of one month and a maximum of 3 months per annum. You must provide us with one months notice to freeze your membership, and we are unable to freeze memberships for anything less than one month.
Cancelling your gym membership will depend on your membership type.
If you pay for your gym membership every month, then you will be committed for a minimum period of 3 full calendar months. After your initial 3 months, your membership will be continuous on a monthly basis but can be cancelled with 1 full calendar months written notice.
If you pay for your gym membership annually, then you are committed to your membership for 12 months. You will not be able to end your membership during this period.
We will not offer any refunds or accept cancellations outside of these terms without the permission of the club manager and only due to serious injury, illness, pregnancy or redundancy.
Yes, we recommend that you book your treatment in advance. You can book a treatment online, or call us on +44 1753 864186.
We request that all customers arrive 15 minutes before the treatment time. If customers are delayed then this time will be taken out of the treatment time and in some cases may result in cancellation of your treatment.
You must be over the age of 16 to have a beauty or spa treatment at Wren’s Club.
Yes, all of our spa treatments and spa packages are available anyone, there is no need to be a gym member or hotel guest.
No, treatments do not give you access to our spa and fitness facilities. All of our packages include use of all facilities.
Yes, towels are available for all Wren’s Club visitors.
Members of Aquilla Health and Fitness can bring a friend for a guest fee of £15 per person. Guests of Sir Christopher Wren Hotel enjoy free access to Wren’s Club. If you are only in the area for a short time, you can buy a book of 12 guest passes for £75 by calling us on +44 1753 864186.

Yes, gift vouchers are available for various beauty treatments and spa packages. You can buy a gift voucher online or at Wren’s Club reception.
Call our reception team on +44 1753 864186 as soon as possible to let us know. We will do our best to return any lost property as soon as possible. We can either hold your item for you to collect, or arrange for it to be posted to you for a postage fee.
