Yes, you can freeze your membership for a minimum of one month and a maximum of 3 months per annum. You must provide us with one months notice to freeze your membership, and we are unable to freeze memberships for anything less than one month.
Cancelling your gym membership will depend on your membership type.
If you pay for your gym membership every month, then you will be committed for a minimum period of 3 full calendar months. After your initial 3 months, your membership will be continuous on a monthly basis but can be cancelled with 1 full calendar months written notice.
If you pay for your gym membership annually, then you are committed to your membership for 12 months. You will not be able to end your membership during this period.
We will not offer any refunds or accept cancellations outside of these terms without the permission of the club manager and only due to serious injury, illness, pregnancy or redundancy.
Wren's Club does not provide towels.
